TK Health Provides Healthcare for Clay County Detention Center

TK Health is now providing healthcare services for the Clay County Detention Center. The professional partnership with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office began this month. 

TK Health is an Oklahoma-based corrections healthcare company that serves jails throughout the region. TK Health partners with about 140 jails to provide medical care. 

CEO Flint Junod said TK Health officials are pleased to work with Sheriff Will Akin and his team to provide needed correctional healthcare services. TK Health will provide a full slate of services, including medical, psychiatry, and dental, at the detention center.

“We’re happy to serve the people of Clay County by fulfilling the need for quality correctional healthcare services at the detention center,” Junod said. 

Clay County Detention Center is located in Liberty, Missouri, and is under the direction of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
